Support For Every Step

The Rish Project is a Texas-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to ending homelessness and strengthening families. We combine transitional supportive housing, case management, teen pregnancy support, substance abuse counseling, and social service referrals with strong partnerships across Houston to provide practical pathways from crisis to stability, hope, and long-term independence.

Mission Statement

Our mission is to strengthen and uplift our community by providing safe shelter for individuals and families experiencing homelessness, offering compassionate guidance and resources for teens facing pregnancy, and delivering supportive, recovery‑focused services for those battling substance abuse. We are committed to connecting people with essential social services, expanding access to education and prevention programs, and partnering with local organizations to build a healthier, more resilient future for all.
