Teen Pregnancy Support Programs

Teen Pregnancy Support Programs

Teen Pregnancy Support Programs are built to ensure that no young person has to face pregnancy alone or in fear. We offer a confidential, nonjudgmental space where teens can ask difficult questions, understand their options, and start planning for both a healthy pregnancy and a hopeful future.

Our pregnancy counseling provides one-on-one time with trained professionals who listen carefully, explain choices in clear language, and help teens think through school, family relationships, and next steps. Alongside this, our prenatal health guidance focuses on practical, everyday actions-nutrition, sleep, stress management, and prenatal care-so both baby and parent have the strongest start possible.

We strengthen young parents through parenting education sessions that cover safe sleep, bonding, discipline without harm, and how to support a child's development, even on a limited income. Teens leave with concrete skills they can use immediately, not just handouts. When childcare becomes a barrier to school, work, or appointments, our childcare resource referrals connect families to reliable, affordable options in the community.

Because pregnancy and parenting are emotional as well as physical journeys, we offer ongoing emotional support services for teens and, when appropriate, their families. These conversations help reduce isolation, anxiety, and shame, replacing them with encouragement, problem-solving, and connection.

Our specialized teen pregnancy support weaves all of these services together-counseling, health guidance, parenting education, childcare referrals, and emotional care-into a steady framework that promotes long-term empowerment. Teens are not only supported through pregnancy; they are equipped to stay in school, build healthier relationships, and make informed decisions that protect their futures and the futures of their children.
